Finding Music

Finding the right music to play on the piano can be challenging at times. Just finding the best arrangement will add to the challenge as well. Being able to understand your level capabilities will help you find the sheet music and start to have fun.

There are many sites on the web for piano music where you can purchase sheet music and can download instantly and print. Most sites allow you to purchase music books and receive them in a few days. Look for site that are simple to read and understand the products. Many have already done the research in the style of music you may be looking for like "http://easypianomusic.net".

Once you find the music you like, buy it and just have fun learning and playing the music. This is one of my favorite books of music. Always start off simple. For those of you who are more advanced, you can always add more to the pieces and make your own personal arrangements.

Just relax and enjoy

Nothing is more fun then to just sit at my piano and play whatever I want. This is very relaxing and fun. I am the most creative at these moments and wish that I could always remember what I have created or arranged different. But the most important thing for me is that I am relaxing and having fun.

When I get a little crazy, my 17 yr old daughter likes to come in and ask "What are you playing" because it sounds a little of beat. But that is the fun about being creative and finding new ways of playing a piece of piano music. Just by changing the tempo creates excited for me. Some times I will be playing hymns and jazzing them up the I forget that I must play them correctly in a church meeting. Jazzing up and changing a hymn is a lot of fun. Nice to have fun beat with those.

Now I am so ready to go and have some fun playing on my piano. I like to get loud too sometime which drives my wife a little nuts. But I think she used to it after almost 25 years of marriage.
