Rachmaninoff Prelude cis-moll/c-sharp minor Op.3 No.2

This is one talented pianist. Just listening and seeing him perform this piece is wonderful. At first the piece seems quite but simple but as he gets further into the song, you see the spirit of the piece. His body language shows his love of the music as he performs. He is so into any music he plays. When I see this, I can just feel the music. I know sometimes playing classical music can be more difficult then other styles or at least it is for me. Hope you like this as much as I do.

This guy sings and plays. He has a wonderful voice. The accompaniment is not the most difficult since he is carrying the melody. I believe his name is Leroy and he has a beautiful voice, very soft and sweet. You can feel the spirit of the song as he performs the vocals. He does a great job in performing this Beyonce song. Hope you like this as much as I do. He is FANTASTIC!

My Thoughts on a Cloudy Day

Just thinking about the amazing music that I have posted here on my blog over the last few months and how many different styles of music there are. They are so many amazing musicians who can make the simplest songs sounds wonderful. Many of these musicians are quiet young and several of them play a lot better than I do. I must always of have kind of music in front of me.
I seek out songs that touch me the most which helps me to improve on my talent. I am not the best pianist at all. It takes lots of practice and time. But for me this practice time is quite relaxing for me. I must admit that sometimes some sections of a piece are frustrating to learn but that is part of the challenge for me.

Just like any other musicians, I like to do a little improv with songs and just play them in my own style for fun. But sometimes a new twist of a song just sounds great. Just like the song by Dolly Parton “I Will Always Love You." There are so many different versions. Each version has its own style and uniqueness.

Amazing Grace

Amazing Grace is one of my favorite hymns. It is very beautiful and simple. Here this pianist play the piece soft and sweet. As you will see him play, you will notice he plays the piano quietly. One can just feel the spirit of the music. After listening to him play the piece, I just had to go play the piece myself. So just sit back and listen and enjoy.

Happy New Year everyone. Found this great composition a few minutes and just had to post it. Wow! This is one amazing original composition. Peter Vamos wrote this piece to wish everyone a Happy New Year. It is FANTASTIC! I have already listened to it a few times. Love watching him play it as I listen. The piece has a great spirit about too as you can feel the emotions of music.
